All in-store & online-store purchases are final sale.
No Returns / No Refunds for Customer Preference
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-preference reasons, including but not limited to:
- Changed mind
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer needed
- Undesired color or appearance
- Incorrect dimensions/specifications
We may accept returns / refund in the following circumstances:

Unauthorized Returns
We do not accept returns sent back without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We strive to present accurate product information, including specifications, dimensions, and materials. However, minor variations may occur due to display settings, manufacturing batches, or measurement methods. Such differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law.

Requesting a Return / Refund
To request a return / refund, you must contact our EC customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
Our online store primarily sells products in bulk quantities. Because of this, we are generally unable to ship individual replacement units or replacement pieces.
If only a portion of the units in an order arrives damaged or defective, the standard remedy will generally be a partial refund for the damaged or defective quantity.
You don’t need to return defective or damaged merchandise unless we request.
To help us review your request, please provide:

- Order number
- Customer name
- Description of the issue
- Damaged or defective quantity for each affected item
- Photos of the item and packaging (including outer box and packing materials)
- Full photo of received item(s) for wrong-item claims
- Tracking information (for non-delivery/lost package claims)
After review, we may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

- Partial refund for the affected quantity, including any applicable proportional shipping refund
- Refund to the original payment method
- Return and refund of the affected item/SKU, if required by Daiso
- Replacement item, only if available and applicable
Resolution may vary depending on the nature of the issue, affected quantity, product condition, inventory availability, shipping status, and applicable law.
If Daiso requests a return, the customer may be required to return all units of the affected item/SKU purchased in the order, including both damaged and undamaged units. If the return is approved and required by Daiso, we will provide a return shipping label.
