Online Purchase/Shipping

Online Store Service Area
Orders are shipped through UPS within the 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii; orders received from these states will be cancelled. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. We are currently not offering services to U.S. Territories and international countries.
We start processing shipment after we process your payment.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped within approximately 3 business days and handed over to our delivery partner.
The estimated arrival date displayed at checkout is based on the above shipping timeline as well as the lead time provided by our delivery partner.

Business days are Monday through Friday, and the cutoff is 5 pm PST.
U.S. federal holidays are excluded from business days.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax as defined in every state based on customer's shipping address.
Tax rate is based on zip code.

Can I buy individual items from the online shop?
At this time, we only offer bulk purchases from the online shop.
Single-item purchasing is included in our e-commerce roadmap, so please stay tuned for a future release.

Returns

I purchased the wrong item. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, we have a no return or exchange policy. All sales are final. In the event that you purchase at item and have changed your mind you will not be able to return it.
Return & Refund policy

Item I purchased was defective. Can I return it?
We only allow returns for items that were purchased defective or damaged within a week of purchase with a receipt*.  Please visit our contact us page to find the correct email to contact for customer support.
*This may only apply to purchases from Daiso USA stores (not including HI). 

Misc.

Is it okay to put pictures of Daiso product on my blog?
Any pictures taken of purchased products by customers may be used in any way they would like. Customers may not use any images presented on our website. Images presented on our websites are protected and cannot be used outside our website.

Franchise

Does Daiso offer franchising?
Daiso doesn't have a franchise program. All Daiso stores are owned and operated by Daiso corporate.
